You can write whatever the hell you want. Crackfic, rapefic, bdsmfic, whatever takes your fancy. I have absolutely no problems with that. In fact, I will defend this right on your behalf whenever and wherever necessary. But please realise that I also have the right to post whatever the hell I want. And if I feel the need to rant about something I find utterly tasteless, then I also have this right. And I will defend this right as passionately as I will defend anyone else's right to post what they want.

It's all about the right to express yourself, and it goes both ways. It isn't a case of "one is more right than the other," no, it goes equally both ways. And if you disagree with that, that's fine, too, as long as you respect the fact that there are simply two differing opinions, and nothing else.

Considering that our corner of the fandom tends to pride itself for its intelligence, I was quite shocked to see some of the comments on your post. Do some people intentionally misunderstand, just so they have a reason to wank? Sheesh.
