First rule - if you don't know what you're giving, don't give it, or try and bully a patient into having it.
I think I'd like to have a long talk about patient harrassment with that nurse. If I tried a similar stunt here, particularly after the patient (DB) had refused the jab - and rightly so - there would be all sorts of complaints flying thick and fast.
Having a booster when up to date does bugger all, just makes you feel sick and with a very sore arm for days afterwards. So, essentially, DB would have been paying to have more pain...
