Reacquainting With Beethoven has been nominated in the Drabble/Snapshot category of the OWL awards and Travel, Conspiracy, and Men in the Action/Adventure category. Thanks to everyone who nominated me; it was entirely unexpected, especially seeing what amazing stories are nominated! *squees some more*


Squeefest is starting tomorrow! Today, I received a most lovely surprise from the lovely stefdarlin. Cheesecloth, which was instantly applied for another round of paneer that's now dripping over the sink, beautiful, mushroomy notecards, and OMG, we have badges! Our very own Squeefest pins! Thank you so much, stefdarlin!!!

I found roadside chalk, so pyjamapants and southernwitch69, about one mile after you leave the freeway, look on the ground and follow the directions. ;) Unless it's raining of course, but the forecast is for dry weather.

I'm done cleaning, which was a chore because it's been stormy, and the wind blew a lot of ash around the fireplace, but it's done now, and it's all calm outside, so there's hope the place will stay clean.
