Squeefest Memphis '09 - The First

There has been the devouring of considerably underaged cheese, hilarity, quoting of dirty bible verses, giggles, ingestion of chicken (only by some), broccoli, stuffed courgettes and mushrooms, laughter, imbibing (let's not go into detail), and more laughter.

Fun times.

No doubt more spam tomorrow, especially once [livejournal.com profile] southernwitch69 joins us. All in all, it's been a most squeelicious day. :D

*Sigh* Yes, it looks like you are all having fun. I am very glad about that. Last night, you were all on my mind while I was pleating shower curtains at work and my arms were KILLING me. (Yes, you read that right, pleating shower curtains. @#$%^&*)

I am so happy I can live vicariously through the picspam, lol. Thank you sooo much for that. =o)

*Okay, I am getting back to work on the evil plot bunny pajamapants gave to me the other day.*

Hugs to you all!!

Oh, and the quilt is AMAZING! I love the colors.

*Wishing I could sew* But alas, I refuse to put anyone through that. LOL!

I am so happy y'all liked them.*Squeee* I originally wanted to make you all some earrings and send them, but I couldn't find exactly what I wanted. And then, I was afraid not everyone had pierced ears.

And you are welcome, de nada. =o)

Thanks!

(am confused about how one pleats shower curtains without sewing...)

Tee hee. That is because they are hanging up high on display, and we have to make each curtain have three folds and make sure the sign is showing.

I am not a tall girl, about 5' 3", and to pleat them, I have to hold my hands over my head. There are 32 feet of shower curtains in my store, lol. Nope, no sewing involved.

O noes, pleating shower curtains! You should've taken a day or three off and come here instead!

Will upload more pics tomorrow. Am kind of tired tonight, although I have no idea why... :D
