See, we've found out that the lower cost of living isn't all that low. Every place we've been to, be it PA, Chicago, Bay Area, New Orleans... things aren't as expensive as in Memphis. What good is it if you save maybe 300 a month on the apartment cost only to spend an extra 500 on various other things? Culture here is non-existent; they hold freaking blues sessions at the opera house, presumably because nobody watches the operas they put on. *sigh* I think it's really time to get out of here, LOL.
