Goodness gracious me. The BBC run an article on the clitoris. And the article admits that the majority of male scientists are chauvinistic pigs:

Now I'll sit back and wait for the BBC to state that the GMC is wrong to even consider discussing Andrew Wakefield, and that the MMR is, after all, a dangerous vaccine, which is why, of course, Tony B. Liar, refused the shot for his son. Miracles do happen, after all.

Unbelievable! My favorite part is that medical student squeamishness is listed as a reason for the continued misinformation. Well, three cheers for MRI technology; taking the "ick" out of medical study since 1980! And three more cheers for the adult novelty business for figuring it out years ago!
