Which no doubt did Little One good. He’s been improving and getting back to his normal self again. Dorkboy has a bad cold, so he decided to skive off work and stay home. Which did him good, too. He’s much better tonight. I went to do the laundry around noon, thankfully, the girls helped carrying the stuff, I managed to fill two large washing machines. It got to the point where I was forced to wear jeans *wrinkles_nose_in_distaste*, because everything else needed washing. *Sigh* I need more clothes. *Bats_eyelashes_at_DB*
After dropping the laundry back home, I figured I might make the most of having Dorkboy at home, so after I prepared the dinner for him, I went off to town, sat down at the Tapas Bar and got writing again. It was blissful. Very quiet, being a Monday afternoon. Sara and Tanith met me there later, we had some drinks, then popped into DelHaize, the Belgian supermarket around the corner and then walked home.
My glare must have improved *snort* - nobody made any comments about the cloak.
Tomorrow, I have to go into town and see about Goblet of Fire tickets. If we’re really lucky, we’ll get tickets for the only showing in the Original without subtitles at one minute past midnight. :-)
I have mixed feelings about the movie... Having seen pictures of Cho, I personally think it’s a shame they didn’t cast Sara when she auditioned for the role, but I admit I’m biassed. Extremely so *smirk*. I also think they are stupid to cut out Molly Weasley entirely. I find her presence very important, as she represents FAMILY to Harry *hmph*. And to have that huge plot-heavy book in one movie rather than two is simply criminal. But of course I will see it! If only to see the scene where Snape tells Hermione “I see no difference” *ROFL*. I wonder how long it takes for someone to issue a challenge on that particular line. It’s like the “Page 394” line of The Prisoner of Azkaban, I think.
