subvers for the hunt for pics of me when she commented in a grumbling manner of the lack thereof in my first post here *snicker*. Next thing I knew ubiquirk followed mah friends to track down a pic, and today, hogwartshoney insisted I must take a "self-portrait". *grumbles*
I had just come off my shift on the info desk at 4pm, absolutely, totally, and utterly starved half to death, andblue_paris had a good time talking to Mad Eye, who's the head of security. Cool guy who really appreciates good New Orleans cuisine.
blue_paris, southernwitch69 plus hubby, soul_bound_8686 and mahself then went searching for a restaurant cuz we were all hungry if not starved.

blue_paris finally met ellaselenelupin. She'd seen her from afar a couple of times, but today was the day she met her in person.
Blue wanted the world to believe that she indeed knows how to pull it off with a skirt, so here's the proof.

remusseverus who had a moste interesting run-in tonight which very nearly caused her an anneurism (is that spelled correctly?). *ahem* *cough* No, we do not name names, so don't ask.
The drabble booth opened at 8pm and I was on the first hour, so I couldn't resist taking a pic of my very first drabble written on demand. It was about the last few minutes before Snape reached the Astronomy Tower,
and the reader liked it! Yay! My first non-SS/HG writing!
Professor Snape didn't mind me taking his picture to impress my friends. Now, kindly be suitably impressed.

pennswoods with Snarky on her shoulder. For those of you who don't listen to podcasts (shame on you!), Snarky is Snapecast's very own owl.
pennswoods and I collaborated for the Paintbrush and Quill Society at Phoenix Rising, and tonight was the get-together of authors and artists. Sarah was kind enough to take a picture of us showing off our printed copies of story and illustrations. Shannon did an absolutely awesome job of illustrating the first snogging between Hermione and Severus *squee* as well as Batgirl questioning Fawkes as to why he entered her mind. *grin* Are you wondering what on earth I'm talking about?
_hill, if you're reading this, I have your hard copies of your two projects, please contact me with an address to send it to.
I will upload both stories to the archives shortly, together with the artwork if I manage that. Meanwhile, I need to say this: The first P&Q Society piece I wrote, which was beautifully illustrated by_hill can be downloaded/listened to here. I wrote it with the aim to audiofy it, and as soon as the plot was set, I started on the music. I'm still trying to figure out how to make the artwork visible on the audio - I did record it as a podcast format and included the artwork, but for some reason it doesn't show up. That'll be my next project, to sort that one out...

More squeeing happened later - I finally got to meetdragonsinger954 *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*. Thank you, Jewels for showing her to me!!! Much hugging and squeeeeeeeing ensued, I showed off my printed work, and she promptly gifted me with Moste Potente Potions. A work which I shall have to photograph in detail and then show off here. *looks smug*
