I'll have ya'll know that the last chapter of 'Outcast' now stands at a whooping 6,500 words. I reckon another 500-1000 words and it'll be ready for submission... Hopefully tomorrow. I find I make far less mistakes if I first hand-write it, which I had plenty of chances to do today. We first went to the Royal Academy of Music to watch/listen to the Jazz Harp Masterclass. It was amazing. I simply *must* go search for some jazz played on the harp on cd. Anyone know any??? And the teacher... Well, let's say his entire being begs to be put into a story *grin*. Not Snape-like oh no! Quite the opposite! Boyish, mid thirties, long hair tied into pony tail and so fucking talented on the harp, hearing him play was just unbelievable. His pure enjoyment of playing it emanated from his entire being, it was simply awesome! I learned a thing or two about improvising, too. Little One enjoyed the jam sessions which were far too short for both our tastes. But he still wants to learn the guitar, so I guess our next masterclass visit will be the guitar one.

We went to the tennis courts afterwards, and Little One got another nearly one hour session. Peter is so wonderful as a coach! And I had all that time to write, write, write. Yeah! We then went to have dinner at the international students house, where Dorkboy met up with us. Another fulfilling working day, yeah. Boy are we looking forward to payday. I might even get boots, so I won't be screwed when it rains. Right now, all I can wear is my Minnetonka moccs with soft soles, all because of darn blisters. They are healing, fair enough, but if I try and get into my "normal" shoes, I wanna scream as the edges rub right onto the healing blisters...

I'm still hoping for another review or two on my original work, but I *did* get a couple of wonderful e-mails. Good writing and all, which naturaly massages my ego and probably triggered my furious writing today. Once 'Outcast' is done, I'll have only two stories to concentrate on, so it'll be easier. Completing 'Outcast' has been weighing kind of heavily, I'm desperate to have a completed story now, so that's what I'm concentrating on now.

So there's your news from Rush Hour London. Happy Equinox everyone.
