didn't come out all that well on the camera and I haven't any idea how to tweak it on the PC...

It's an omelette. Two eggs laid by hens I've met personally *grins*, some Manchego cheese, organic spinach, a mini portabello mushroom, two chilies, and a strawberry on top. All on New York rye bread and raw honey. :)
