The biggest draw initially was a lack of incurring expenses where hubby's job is concerned. But the more we look at it, the more we find in favour of the Bay Area.
Yes, earthquakes are an issue. I'll have to see how I'll cope in SF during Azkatraz. I'm pathetic; I get headaches before earthquakes. I've tracked every single one above 1.6 on the New Madrid Fault since we moved to Memphis and that's a hundred miles away... But we lived in CA and loved it, and I had no headaches, so... we'll see.
