Noise pollution

Argh! When we went downtown this afternoon, we encountered a "Dixie Band", German style, not even wannabe Dixies. We escaped quickly into the department store and by the time we came out, they were gone. We'd been home about ten minutes when they started playing. Right. In. Front. Of. Our. Apartment. This was, oh, about five hours ago. They're still at it. Thankfully, they stopped their mediocre trying-to-sound-remotely-like-Dixie and changed to wannabe-jazz, badly executed, too. It is so loud that even my superior speakers cannot cover their noise. I know my scream won't, either, so I won't even try. *grumble*
I don't mind jazz, honestly. I like a lot in that genre. But this? Hell, this is torture. It's not music, it's noise. Someone feel sorry for me. *wail* I'd Crucio them, but I don't have any energy left after that noisal onslaught. *sob*
What's worse, they cancelled the Haensche Weiss concert tonight. Instead, they'll play sometime in November. Well, I know I won't be here then. Meh.
