Of smugness and favoritism

lady_kareliaYep, I'm still feeling smug, just making up for all the days in my life when I didn't feel that way. Now is the time to do that *snigger*. Watch out you people who try to throw stones my way, they be returned 10-fold, well 20-fold to a certain female, just for good measure. *big_smile*
This week has just been so completely incredible. I have barely left Planet Phantom, only to be floated gently onto Planet Family. A brother. I have a brother. A big brother who protects me. If you bully me he'll come after you, so watch yourself, okay? Then Aunt M phones me to tell me about Ronnie, my *other* brother. Yep, I don't just have one brother! What I've figured so far, I'm in the middle of 5 in total. Those are the ones we know of, but I guess old Eddie might have spread his seeds elsewhere. I'd be delighted to have 20 siblings, honestly!
It is funny how things have been falling into place ever since old Eddie passed on. My guess is that it took him about 3 weeks or so to settle down over there, and then he got together with Franklin (That's Ferris Franklin, my grand-dad who's been talking to me for years - I only made the connection a few months ago), and they've been plotting ever since. Honestly, first my aunts and cousins, now my big brother. Next will be my sort of big brother (Ronnie), and eventually the whole family will get together. Eddie, Franklin, pretty please find me a cheap ticket to MS. pretty please? Or find Eddie a cheap return to London, okay? That'll do nicely, too. But soonest please. Like, tomorrow. I'll pick him up from the airport. Don't get me wrong here. I love Aunt M dearly. She does what my mother never managed, she loves me without conditions and she is more of a mother to me than my mother ever was. But a brother. Honestly. That's just special and deserves a special act, doesn't it? Okay okay, I'll play the lottery tomorrow. Gimme the numbers.
Okay, sorry, I don't usually speak to spirits online, honestly. My brain has been addled with. Happiness prevails. Eventhough my dress is still all cut up and not pinned and I have to return the sewing machine tomorrow. Ah well. When I get it pinned I'll visit Bribbet again. Family stuff surely was more important this week.
I'm going now. Still have about 4 Ducker people to phone. They might have reached home by now. One is down, his dad was called Edgar *shudder*. Honestly. Some people's choice for names...
