Home again

Made it in 10.5 hours. Now, to find the way to bed...

Neither I nor Little Man wanted to leave, srsly. We've had such a fantastic time. And Thumper? Where are you? *cries* I miss having a cat who willingly jumps on my lap to be cuddled. :( Little Man told me to drive back tomorrow. Um. I think not. Not that I don't want to, but it's a wee bit long of a drive.

I am glad, though, to be home again. Sara was looking happy seeing us, which is wonderful. It might be due to the fact that the fridge is getting empty, but alas. LOL. I'm not exactly looking forward to tomorrow. There is much housework to do, like laundry, more laundry, cleaning, driving to and from self-defense, when, really, all I want to do is continue the easy life of kitchen stuff when I feel like it, and write when I don't. Or play on GarageBand. *sighs* Yeah. I need another holiday.

I srsly need to get organised about shopping for gifts. or making them. And I don't even know if Eddie is coming over for the holidays.

My car is in need of TLC, too. I feel blessed that she's done so admirably well on this journey of 1400 miles. *pets car*
