This is typical of the stupidity of the Bush Administration. It make me embarrassed to think that we have "the best government that money (lobbyists) can buy." Of course, there is pleanty blame to go around, and the Democrats deserve their fair share of making this mess we have today!

What has happened to good old fashion common sense and the determination to do what is right, not what is expedient or what is guaranteed to garner the most votes. Pathetic! And troubling!

I think they're all ego-driven puppets, otherwise they wouldn't be in those positions. Cuz let's face it, school-children could make more educated decisions.

Yes, it's troubling. But I'm also excited to see masses wake up to the truth.

I thought that had to be something from Colbert or Stewart. I really didn't think that was real until I clicked it, and yup, its real.

The more I hear about this bailout plan, the more I don't think that it will work. I already know a few people that had thought of ways to scam off it if it was past. Sad. Very Sad.

Of course it won't work. The planet has to balance herself because her dwellers don't do it, and the evil needs to go. *shrugs* Of course the plan won't work.

yes, i had read this and ranted about it a couple of days ago to everyone within shouting distance. it's so insane - how can the people who created the problem solve the problem? oh, let's just throw a ton of money at it - it's the american system of checks and balances: write a huge check on our nonexistent bank balance. oops - ranting again. are you familiar with the h.l. mencken argument explaining why it was bound to happen that one day americans would elect a perfect idiot to the presidency? oops. i've switched rant midstream. i'll stop now.

btw, wish i could send you a house-elf or two to help with the packing, moving, and unpacking.

The name doesn't ring a bell, but is the explanation available anywhere on the net? That would be interesting to read. I have some ideas why. I mean, they all have huge egos and like to be worshipped, so they sell their souls in return for a cosy position that guarantees to feed their ego, to have a few worshippers at their feet and be the centre of attention all the time. ;)

The here and now is providing such a great chance for Americans to take back their country. I can only hope that people are waking up fast instead of worrying about money that doesn't exist. Heck, the coke traces on the paper bills are worth more than the bills themselves...
