... how little it takes to make me feel pretty. This little.

Yes, I have no doubt. We could start the Club of the Beautiful, as long as it's in comparison to that. To be honest, I found it rather frightening. She seems to be made up of hate/negativity...

I've seen her very beautiful.

Many women are often dismissed as whores and bitches. I choose not to dismiss one based on such a one-sided display.

No, I'm not a Hillary supporter. I just don't have a problem with her, particularly not based on her appearance.

ya got a point there, m'dear! With the negativity thing, that is. ALTHOUGH, that was put together to make her look bad, there have been times when I've seen her looking nice. *snerk* rarely, but there have been times, nonetheless.

Having absolutely no idea of my f-list's political preferences, it may have been a daring thing to post. I also realise it was probably the most shallow post I've ever made to date, and that means something *snerk*.

But yes, yikes is probably the appropriate expression, LOL! :)

oops. Sorry! *laughs* But hey, you're beautiful. I've seen you. And you really don't need this comparison.

Well, at least it's an expressive face.

*snort* Expressive alright. But what exactly does it express? LOL

Isn't it amazing what the camera can catch?

ROTFL I really needed that this morning. I'm especially fond of the finger up the nose one. LOL

Shallow or not, it was funny. And whether you support her or not or find her pretty or not, we all have our bad moments, but cameras aren't there to catch it. I think sharing this does not make a political statement, just a way to share a good laugh.

Too true! I wasn't making a political statement. Don't follow them and think nothing better comes after the last one. But yeah, the good laugh factor is why I posted it. :-)

Well, I guess it's good that a woman as accomplished as she is doesn't need to worry about people judging her on her looks.

I'm sure she doesn't, lol. I wasn't making a political statement, by the way. Simply had a laugh to share.

Indeed, it was quite...um...impressive. Yes, that is the word I was looking for. I am impressed, and meanwhile, seeing as how you name yourself after my birthplace and one of my favourite places on the planet, I hereby take the liberty of adding you to my flist.

Wow. I've never met someone from the province of Karelia! I chose the name because Sibelius' Karelia Suite is my favourite piece of music...

I see you like Astrid Lindgren as well. :-) She's definitely on my all time favourite authors list! Michel is... made of win.

...and that is a very worthy piece of music indeed. I too, perhaps unsurprisingly, am a huge fan of Sibelius; and also of Rautavaara, Sallinen and Saariaho, among ohers. And, since I grew up on the Eastern side of the border, let's not forget Shosakovich.

Lindgren rules! I confess, I just rewatched Ronja Rövarsdotter again, and enjoyed it immensely...;)
