Can anyone tell me if there is a way that allows me to see what rating a reviewer has given? It shows up all blank on my screen except in the author listing and possibly the chapter listing, but not on the individual reviews. Thanks.

I know when they swapped over to Mage, you could see what rating each reviewer had given, but I think you'd have to email the admins onsite to get that sort of info now.

Will have a fiddle with my account and see if I can work out how to do it. :)

To the best of my knowledge there is no way to do so on Ashwinder w/out contacting the mods. I've never done that... would be an interesting thing to do. It'd be nice if we could see. *concurs with you*

You can't see who left you what. Sadley enough. That was one of the good things about Mage.

TPP has us spoiled, I think, eh?

The only thing this does is enable pricks to slide in bad ratings while giving you false reviews. Hehehe

Personally, I hate knowing what the ratings are. I think that they are childish and stupid and completely subjective. You can't see the individual ones at Ashwinder (thank GOD!), but keep in mind that it only takes a single 4 1/2 star rating out of hundreds there, will make it a 4 1/2 star rating forever.

I posted a rant (http://ginny-weasley31.livejournal.com/169280.html#cutid1) about the rating system a couple of weeks ago. I'm rather strongly opinionated on this point.

*puts on help desk hat*

Right now, as it stands, our current version of e-fiction software doesn't allow for that sort of thing. Of course, the version we're running is currently so bollocked up, that it can be a real pain in the ass.

The good news is, we are, eventually, going to upgrade to a newer e-fiction version. The bad news is, we don't know how long that's going to take, nor what sort of new shinny things we'll have once the move is done because none of us admins knows jack shit about e-fiction at the moment (we're all reading about it and slowly learning).
