Time is flying
Jun. 2nd, 2005 01:28 amWe've been going out every evening for the past 3 nights, that really isn't like me. And I still haven't gone to the market to buy some cotton either *sigh*. Two nights ago saw a beautiful long rain shower, so heavy that some of the roads are still flooded today.
Dunkin' Donuts is rather good here (Blue Area), their coffee is excellent, too. Then last night, the American Steakhouse was enjoyable again. Their Spaghetti dish includes a whole year's supply of garlic! All in the one dish! But it was seriously yummy. I only felt a wee bit sorry for hubby whose dish came without garlic, seeing they had used all of it for my spaghetti. Tonight, we went to Jinnah Super again, to the wonderful bookstore. I only bought one book, though, on healing with herbs, including sections on how to grow each one, which no doubt will come in handy.
We've found a nice house, too. I won't give details until I know for sure whether we can move there for the next couple of months or how ever long we decide to stay here.
Our rescued kitten that Little One and hubby brought back home a few days ago is doing well. He's Simba and he may well be half lion. Well, okay, half dwarf lion then. I'll post a link to pics here once I manage to upload them from the Mac. I'm still getting to know it and having trouble uploading html files to the net *frown*.
No mémes today, simply haven't found any that took my fancy, sorry 'bout that.
