Hm... San Francisco... sounds good to me. I've never been there, maybe it's worth a trip.

You like to wear a cloak all year round? That's like my obsession with dressing in only black or white (well most of the time anyway):D

San Francisco is the place, except I get a headache before earthquakes nearby, so it's not an option for me.

I would absolutely love to wear my cloak year round! It billows, as Dorkboy testified, too. But alas, come 17 celcius, it becomes a bother. And on the lower levels, comes the minus degrees, it's not warm enough.

And, ja, my entire wardrobe is black, and that is seriously bothersome in such unacceptable temperatures!
