Yes, IF anything positive could be seen about that, this would be it. But then there is the danger of traumatising a child for life by singing to them. I can't sing to save my life, and I have no doubt my children are grateful that I never did. They don't mind me playing the keyboard, but singing is just not on. It's not the Brits who are worried, though, I think. It's a government that has nothing better to do than to impose complete control over the lives of its citizens.
