Oops, think I missed this one initially. I don't think it is so. Quality has little to do with newbies and/or exchanges going on. Yes, every author has the odd off-moment, but largely, they're consistent where quality is concerned... And this has been going on for longer than since September when the prompts for the exchange were issued.
