I've just grated eight large potatoes. Now my arm is shaking from exhaustion.

Latkes, YUM!! I'll be making those next week sometime. We are *still* trying to get rid of all our breads and yeasty things. I love latkes, matzoh balls, caramel matzoh crunch... but you can keep the gefilte fish!
